I agree, it looks like the special offer has been removed now. (It was there earlier today.) Here is the text of the email I received—maybe that “UTC” stands for a time zone where November has already arrived. Or perhaps it meant to say the offer only stood for the 12 hours of the morning. Perhaps they would still honor a request to be included.—Gary
