Stephen—honest answer: I’m not sure.
I think that Zoot may have more ability to automate info management processes. Because of its system of column folders it is easier to present metadata in column form Zoot offers a system of user set categories.
InfoHandler lets you see the structure of data store, and to decide with whatever degree of precision that you wish how you categorize your data.
IH also, I have discovered, lets you set up a pretty nifty dashboard with all your apps, frequently used folders, etc. I like it better for that than IDEA.
I find IH very stable—no surprises.
