Not exactly, but you can mark an entry ctrl+M, move to another position in the model and then jump to the mark with Ctrl+J.
This takes you to the mark and places a mark at the spot you just jumped from. Ctrl+J will then take you back to where you had just come from.
I think that is as close as you can get.
