Hi Alexander,

Yes, it is still not visible, but I have received it by email. Anyway, it was so informative and probably useful for other people that I think you could post it again.
>Research Assistant; Version 3.0 is “coming soon!!!” according to the website
‘Oh yeah!’ It is coming soon for two years already…
Zoot - yes, I will definitely try it; the discussion on ndxCards is also encouraging.
As far as your remarks on writing environment are concerned: I do use some mind mapping programs for ‘creative thinking’ and visualisations, also for presentations during my lectures. What I miss is a simple way to organise and annotate various types of information I have on my hard disk, say, my articles and notes in doc, rtf and txt formats, thousands of downloaded pdf files, hundreds of emails I receive every day, web pages I have saved and so on. So maybe I should say that I need a kind of files manager with ability to associate additional information to every file and create various relationships between them? Maybe some database would be a solution?
One more program I’ve heard about is Literary Machine
http://www.literarymachine.com/
Do you, perhaps, have any experience with it?
