Thanks for the leads on TextMaker and Atlantis.

I am actually looking for an alternative word processor that can handle RTF to use with UltraRecall; the program allows one to substitute its internal editor with an external word processor such as Word, while maintaining the editing within its Item Details pane, thanks to OLE.

The problem I find with Word is that it’s rather heavy to use as an editor within UltraRecall; most importantly, I can’t choose which Word toolbars will be displayed and I’m stuck with the least useful ones.

I didn’t find anything on OLE on either TextMaker’s or Atlantis’ feature list; anybody who’s tried them know if they support OLE?

An alternative to try might be Wordperfect, though that’s a heavy beast too.
