I believe the best that I’ve seen is called Achive Planner from Effexis Software. I bought the suite version, and it’s quite impressive. I’ve tried all the other outlier/todo/project planners out there, and I think I am safe to say this is the ultimate planner I’ve seen (especially if you also use Outlook). The great thing is that the programmer seems to be really engaged and updating the program regularly.
