Various programs but the core is Zoot in terms of data management. I keep on trying other things, and even on ocasions use something else for a few months, (spending a small fortune along the way) but nothing can match Zoot for its versatility and Raw power. I hasten to add that although I occasionally sync Outlook with Zoot, it isn’t something I have much interest in. But I have synced email in the past, as Zoot then gathers all files and emails associated with a project into one searchable database.
It has a few serious limitations but generally these can be worked around, and should be fixed when the 32 bit version of Zoot appears.
I now have email working rather nicely in Outlook (still tweaking) and have stopped using Neo. And I am happy enough with Firefox and NetSnippets for web pages.
I don’t use RSS, nor any newsgroups.
