More on iRider (about $30)-
Has an elegant interface, and I liked having links from web-pages organized as sub-tab children of the main tab. But listing tabs vertically instead of horizontally (as in FireFox) means that the tab-list often has to be closed in order to view a web-page properly. I didn’t find having thumbnails on the tabs added anything: they were too small for their content to provide much of a guide - on a notebook, at least.
Tabbed browsing still seems a lot easier in FireFox, which seems to have most of the features of iRider, apart from sub-tabs.
Net Snippets appears on the right-mouse context menu in iRider - as it would, since iRider uses IE - but does not appear to work properly. I was able to save outliners.com posts, but not all regular web pages. Whether they were saved at all, in part or completely, seemed to depend on their complexity.
Other people’s mileage, etc.
