Strange, googlng for tasktimer here gives it as the first few options.
Its actually http://www.tasktimer.com or you can go through http://www.timedesign.com.
Having said that, all the links seem to be broken. Ah hah but the MobiPro one isn’t. Try http://www.mobipro.com. MobiPro are the people behing TaskTimer, and it looks as if the Tasktimer site is a new one.
As you say some professions have driven particular tools, Time Matters is a good example of this as it started out as a legal tool and has been adapted to many other professions. When I first bought version 2, it was only legal, but with the capacity to customise it. by version 6, when I gave up on it, you bought a customised version for your specific industry.
