You can specify where Scrapbook will store its data:

With the Scrapbook pane showing, click on the Tools menu at the upper right of the pane. Then click Settings and the Advanced tab. I don’t know if it will move the data automatically, but once you change the setting you can then move all the current files it has created to the new location.
