Alx,

David has been very responsive to my questions, so hopefully he will be able to help.

Get back to me with any quetions on TimeTo use. I installed A&B several times and gave up when I first stared to try and use it.

The big issue is getting it set up right so it actually dynamically manages your schedule the way you want it to, and to find the various views and filters that let you control what you see at any one time.

There are also some neat tricks with Outlook (which I see David has now put into the help.
