I received mine within 5 hours of placing my order, from the friendly Ms Mattiocco; due to time difference, my order was actually placed outside their working hours, so I could have easily accepted much longer times.

Following that, I had an issue with my order and she responded within a quarter of an hour of my sending my query.

I personally found that Stephen D's positive opinion of their customer service was more than true.
