Interesting as it is, I suspect our sample size is a bit small for it to be very meaningful. And as you will see not everyone has volunteered a list of their current set.

The other issue is that often we end up using a product that isn’t your first choice, simply because of other presures.

Just an example, I have been trying out Concept Draw 5(free personal edition on magazine cover). I already own Smart Draw, but based on my experience of the downloaded professional version, I would rather be using Concept Draw. But not enough to make me spend the money, when I already have a licensed copy of Smart Draw 7.

And I certainly would not be using Word, if it weren’t for external pressures.
