It is for me, but underlying that, is the control you have over the automation - indeed you can have none at all if you wanted to, or you could have a very complex set up.

The other point I suppose worth mentioning is that Zoot will sync with Outlook, so you can use the Zoot automation tools to manage, emails, contacts, to dos, and memos, which can then be linked to documents, letters, reports etc, allowing you to develop a fairly comprehnsive project/document management system.
