Any easy way to transfer info from Brainstorm to MS?

I admit that I loved copy/pasting from Brainstorm to Notemap; I wish I could do something similar for time-oriented databases, such as my Brainstorm journal.

I managed to transfer scheduled events from Brainstorm to the RedBox Organizer though the procedure is too tedious for regular tasks—worth only for bulk jobs.

Actually, large image files was one of the main reasons I chose the attachment logic of IDEA! over the internally saving approach of other info managers; MyInfo springs to mind as one promoting this approach.
