Combining Outliners

Hi,
Acta by David Dunham et al, and More by Peter and Dave Winer, et al, have capabilities which would make outliners great. They should be combined, if it were possible.
Acta doesn't have sub and super -scripting. They would be great for outlining Math and Chemistry homework and class notes.
More doesn't have Topic or Family or All collapsing choices. I'm so used to this convenience that I would find it hard to use anything but Acta 7 1.0.3.
Acta allows you to paste graphics and sounds into an outline, but lets you create them in another application. More is bulked up with its own graphing capabilities, which some believe are unnecessary.
We need more translators, especially one for Framemaker.
