Daly,

To set up entry fields in the item text in Zoot, you just enter some text followed by a colon. You can then tab between these “delimited fields.” You can also set these up to be viewed/entered in the grid, you can create templates with a pre-defined set of fields, and you can have actions that automatically modify these fields. Of course, it’s Zoot, so there are also a few more ways…
