The main Microsoft contender for dominant pim isn’t Outlook but OneNote. OneNote itself isn’t very integrated yet with Outlook. BUT, if you question Outlook’s dominance—not as pim but as heavy-duty e-mail client with an intimate relationship with Word—then consider this: one of the most common requests on the OneNote news group is for greater integration with Outlook.
