When I started my UR database, I just deleted all of the existing items (the ones that can be deleted, anyway). You can use the shift-enter keyboard shortcut to place a new sibling item immediately under the one you’re on. This usually works better for avoiding having to move the new item above Imported Items and the Recycle Bin every time.

Also, I realize now what you mean about entry forms within the document. Zoot has this, by the way.

I don’t print much, but there are several ways to print out different views in UR. I don’t think you can print the document along with the associated attributes in one pass, though; you have to do two print jobs.
