Chris, thanks for the post. That’s not what I meant.

When I talked about making an entry form, I meant in the document itself, so that when I print it out, all the data is there. But yes, I could use the attributes, and do it that way.

BTW, do you ever get PO’d by having to work around the items every new UR database opens with?

I’d like to be able to set up a folder called DB Admin, or whatever, and move all those items into it so that when I have new items I’m not always having to move around the boiler plate stuff. Unfortunately, Imported Items and Recycling doesn’t disappear when put into a folder; they simply copy themselves.

Failing that, it’d be good if UR had a setting so any new tree items could automatically go above the boiler plate items.
