I don’t even use Outlook any longer. I used to use it at my previous job, because that was the e-mail manager installed by the IT folks.

That’s a nice run-down of the top PIM options, Daly. And, of course, there are many others as well. I have been trying to think of any significant PIMs you left off your list and can’t really think of any, with the possible exception of askSam.
