It’s a real pleasure to see you active on the web. I have very fond memories of ThinkTank version 1 and its progeny.
I bought my copy-protected version of ThinkTank from a software retailer (long since defunct) on University Avenue in Palo Alto. I had occasional problems booting because of (as I remember) rotational speed variations in my 5.25” drive. I think I may have talked to you once on a tech support call. A very helpful Asian man actually came out to my law office in San Jose to check out my hardware. The problem was ultimately solved when you removed copy protection in version 1.1 (??).
I still have my distribution diskettes for Thinktank and, of course, for Grandview and I still use Grandview on my HP200LX.
Thanks for a great genre of software.
By the way, what ever happened to John Friend?
