Steve,
My own experience as well and no “insider information” I’m afraid. My previous e-mail to the developers remained unanswered and the most recent one bounced back. Apparently the domain is no longer operational. I had thought of giving it an additional week or so before posting the information here, but your mail is as good an opportunity as any.
I now have a year’s worth of data in Hyperclip which amounts to a few thousand entries; I’m glad that I didn’t put everything in there. The tool itself is as good as I’ve said in the past, though the fact that it’s based on standard components stands out in the long run.
It’s rather sad to see developer teams just vanishing but it remains a risk in software purchasing. In any case, I’m not planning to switch to OneNote for that reason; I feel comfortable enough with UltraRecall that I will be building my database on this next season.
