Thanks for the answers.
I can’t really change to a mindmapping interface, as I really use the two panes, as each section in the outline has content, which is in the right pane.
Really weird, that a printout of the actual outline isn’t included in these packages. It should be piece of cake, compared to all the features already included. It could just take a graphical snapshot and send it to the printer.
