Does anybody know how to turn More's smart quotes function off? Normally it's great, but there are a few occasions (such as inserting a snippet of programming code into my Computer Science study notes) where I want plain vertical quotes.

Window menu -> Document Options -> Quick Quotes

That preference is document-based; one file can have Quick Quotes enabled while another has them disabled.
