Steve, you asked Graham, but I’ll take a crack at your question.
I am seeing ndxCards as two things primarily: a place for notes that I take from books, journals, etc. primarily for professional continuing ed purposes because of a) the bibliographic features, and (b) because the lean, clean outliner and the ability to have multiple cards open at one time for me facilitate significantly the planning/writing process.
Web-based data, and other information, will go into UR, which is able to take all different kinds of info. I could used ndxCards for that, but I think UR is better suited.
Longer articles will end up in InfoHandler.
I think, finally, I have worked out how I will deploy various programs.

PS But when a 32 bit Zoot with RTF capabilities comes out, I will take a good look at it.
