No. I've been unable to access this site for a couple of days.

No, I have had the same problem, intermittently, for some time. The site explicitly refuses a connection. It has been particularly bad over the last few days, and I thought the web-site might have closed down.

I was glad to see late last night (early this morning) that it hadn't.
