Sometime after my Visual Concept trial period expired, I got an (automated) message requesting feedback on why I hadn’t registered. I wrote back, providing specifics of my main reservations. I also stated that I was still interested in the program but the lack of response to my messages was perhaps indicative of support to users.

Again, I never got a reply.

The quest continues.
