I agree that the days of paper are numbered, but I don’t think we have seen its replacement yet - indeed we may not see it in our generation.

I can’t really imagine what the killer technology would be, but it would have to have virtually unlimited power and a vastly superior input schema to the current PC technology. Whether the ultimate future lies in voice recognition, digital paper or an entirely new paradigm, is anyone’s guess.

It’s fun to think about it though.
