High cost, for sure. Just ask my wife after she has looked at my bills for software purchases for the month. One thing about using and trying a lot of programs, though, is you get up to speed fast. I also minimize self-training time by avoiding unintuitive programs. (I suppose I have been doing a pretty good job on avoiding the unintuitive because I cannot at the moment think of such a program.)
