For those interested in graphical outliners, i.e. mindmappers, the June issue of the UK Magazine PC Plus (issue 230) carries a full version of ConceptDraw MindMap 2.0.
ConceptDraw is a capable contender to Microsoft's Visio and is available in various editions. The MindMap is one of them; of the mindmapping applications I've seen it is probably the more graphically flexible.
The magazine also includes a substantial discount for upgrading ConceptDraw MindMap to the latest version.
