And here it is: the latest build of the Mozilla browser (which will soon become Netscape Communicator 5.0) can now show XML files—including, of course, your XML outlines converted from More—as expandable outlines.

Obligatory warning to those not familiar with open source projects: Mozilla is in a pre-alpha stage, so if you download a binary you do so at your own risk.
