Playing around with Desktop.com (http://www.desktop.com) today, I was pleasantly surprised to find an outliner among their built-in apps. Not that it is an especially great outliner, being implemented in DHTML/CSS/JavaScript (and still in beta), but it was interesting that it’s there.
