Not that this is necessarily a comment on current affairs, but my own experience trying to get information from ADM was also not very encouraging. About a year and a half ago I was trying to decide whether to buy ADM or InfoSelect. I had questions about ADM so I sent an e-mail to the sales contact given at their web site. Three weeks later, I hadn’t received a response (and I told them I was considering purchasing the product), so I sent a second e-mail to the support contact. Same result. That is, no result. I bought InfoSelect… not that they’ve proven to be any more responsive. I should have saved my money and just kept using Zoot, which is what I’m back to. Send Tom Davis a note and you get a quick reply… and he’s a one-man operation!
