Stephen that’s mind boggling!

It reminds me when I used to get in fights with my ex-wife. I would apologize for my ineptness, and attribute it to the fact that I hadn’t read the script, but if I had, no doubt I would have performed in an acceptable manner.

From my own experience (long since past, thank God) in the corporate world, I remember that the name of the game was to be accessible and user friendly.
