Ariande offered some of this functionality. Unfortunately the program is no longer under developmemntn due to funds drying up. Also, unfortunately, the program in its last version, took a bizarre turn with the implementation of a rt panel that limited the width the main window could be stretchdd, and which seemed to undermine previously existing functionality for searches, etc. I found that Ariande was quick, fairly simple, and had lots of potential for future growth. One drawback was that its outline was limited in the same way as InfoSelect’s by virture of not being able to place subordinate notes without first inserting a folder. Nonetheless, one day, someone will make somem dollars available for Ariadne to again be developed and I think it could become a real contnender. Before that happens, I suspect ADM will start to develop calendar capability, however.
