Daly,

I have installed the free version of NetSnippets under Firefox with no problem. The file is the same for all browsers, but after installation it promts you to open the NetSnippets Welcome page, which contains a link to the Firefox extension. After this is installed, the integration is excellent, with no need for IE.

Is Firefox set as the default browser in your system? I would imagine that this is the way that NetSnippets identifies which browser to integrate with, i.e. when you click on the Welcome page.
