The site http://www.oldversion.com/ provides access to older versions of popular utilities.

The categories covered are: Communication, Graphics, Multimedia, Internet, File Sharing, Utilities & PowerTools.

There are various reasons for wanting a version older than the one offered at the official sites; they may be lighter, compatible with older hardware etc.
