Thanks for this.

It has made me think about a more structured approach, and I think I may defer a proper reply to this until I have given it more thought.

As regrds Zoot and PDFs, this is the one format I think Zoot canno cope with as the Folder sync and first 32k of text method that Daly and I were recently discussing doesn’t work with PDFs as teh first 32k of a PDF seems to be gibberish.
