I hadn’t found this one, but it seems much more focussed on web pages than Net Snippets (difficult to tell without trying it), but it does cost less.
Net Snippets can capture data from any application/file via the clipboard It also works with web based PDFs and Word files, which it downloads like web pages and allows annotations etc to be made. And you can drag any file or email into it, or write directly into it. These tools arequickly available from a pop menu on the task bar.
I am not familiar with OneNote, but it does look interesting. Do you use that to store everything in, or is it one of several programs.
