I loved More and then afterward used FairWitness for some time. Nothing has come close to the functionality I got from these. In Control got close but was a bear to get decent Calendars out of (though we still use it for scheduling at my ad agency), none of the PIMs has an outliner that I can see, and Inspiration just doesn't come close to More.
Fair Witness with a better interface and More's formatting, charting would be my ideal outliner and then if I ever get around to learning Frontier adding auto web publishing of my project management, brainstorming, contacts and calendar into web editable content is my great desire. It would be where I'd live.

I still use InfoDepot 2.5 (the successor to Fair Witness) quite a bit. For some stuff, its better than MORE. I sometimes use the two in combination. InfoDepot has this nifty way of attaching link buttons (that launch documents) to any cell (InfoDepot can use a combination outline/table format). Where MORE works better, InfoDepot becomes the launch pad to the MORE file. Difficult to explain, but great to use.
Sadly, InfoDepot died. It works fine under MacOS 8 save for one annoying problem: it doesn't print anything but blank pages. =8-0 Despite the limitation, I still use it. If I need to print something, I either use a machine that runs 7.5 or export to MORE or Word.
A friend of mine who relies on InfoDepot for his law practice tried to track down the source code. Folks tried looking in various boxes in various place, but it seems to have disappeared for good. So sad.
The hazards of living in the software boneyard. ;-)
