Outliners + PIMs

I'd sure like to find a cross-platform, LAN-able, Palm-synchronizable PIM -- with outliner. In Control probably came closest. Any suggestions?

Info Select claims to synch outines in Windows and Palm at
www.miclog.com $100 for the Windows version plus $70 for the Palm version seems a bit steep -- given the history of outline pricing, but being a true believer probably obligates me to say outliners are priceless!
