Copy and paste for MM to BS and in BS you use File|Write texfile and select the clipboard option

You still need a bit of tweaking (and agins some maps/outlines need more tweking than others, but it does allow you to quickly move BS outlines into MM and MM Mind maps into Brainstorm.
