Well, Clipmate can’t; I was mistaken. It is in the offing though. I don’t have Yankee Clipper X on my system now, but X2net Smartboard does have rules. They are under the Tools menu.
So the ones with rules are the older ClipCache, ClipMagic, and X2net Smartboard. Of these, _I_ would select ClipMagic, but you might want to check out Smartboard, because of its technical sophistication.
ClipMagic may be the most under-rated of the clip managers. It is one of the few that has the equivalent of ClipMate’s power paste, and it works better than Clipmate’s.
