Gee ... and I HATED diagramming until I did it with Inspiration. Using it, I’ve done 2-page-spread diagrams. (‘Though I’m sure there are better tools for diagramming.)

Why would the ability to diagram bother someone who has no need for it? You don’t have to turn it on. (If you don’t like the programming on channel 5, don’t switch to it. Would you throw out your TV because of Channel 5 programming?)

I own both Inspiration and version 1 of NoteMap. NoteMap seems to me to be too limited in functionality (and the Ver. 2 upgrade is too expensive for the few new features.) Inspiration is a bit clunky to use—GV spoiled me—but it does a good job of importing GV and Word documents and the latest version is supposed to export outlines to WORD and AppleWorks with one click of a taskbar button. (I haven’t tried it yet.)
