Problems running More 3.1

I hope Dave doesn’t mind a thread here where More users can help each other to solve problems with More 3.1, rather than discussing the future of outliners in general (or constructing wishlists for future versions).

Anyway, my problems are as follows.

Every time I start up More, it asks me for the help file, which I don’t have. Is there any way I can stop More from looking for it?
Is there any way I can get the outline header (Format > Headers and Footers ...) to show all the parents of the first headline on each page? I can get it to show the `Level 0 title’ and the `Level 1 headline’, but not all the parent headlines of the headline on each page. If someone could let me know how to do this, it would be immensely useful for printouts of my highly-nested multi-page outlines.
Is there an easy way I can flick between the various clones of an item?
