Problems running More 3.1

I hope Dave doesn't mind a thread here where More users can help each other to solve problems with More 3.1, rather than discussing the future of outliners in general (or constructing wishlists for future versions).

Anyway, my problems are as follows.

Every time I start up More, it asks me for the help file, which I don't have. Is there any way I can stop More from looking for it?
Is there any way I can get the outline header (Format > Headers and Footers ...) to show all the parents of the first headline on each page? I can get it to show the `Level 0 title' and the `Level 1 headline', but not all the parent headlines of the headline on each page. If someone could let me know how to do this, it would be immensely useful for printouts of my highly-nested multi-page outlines.
Is there an easy way I can flick between the various clones of an item?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

1. Is there any way I can stop More from looking for the help file?
Try turning off Use Dialog Help in the Program Options... dialog (Then Save Preferences)

Open the Reorg menu and press the option key.
Cmd-Option-` will goto the next clone.

I am running MORE in Mac OS 8.1. When I close a Comment Box in MORE, it usually leaves a ghost image of the right-hand lower corner of the Box. There are various easy ways to refresh the screen in order to make the ghost go away, but the bug is annoying.

By the way, I will be enormously grateful to someone who rewrites MORE in up-to-date code: half of my work has been done in MORE ever since I first bought it over 10 years ago. The suggestions made in the Tidbits article published a year or two ago seem quite sensible, including the notion of breaking the program up into modules.

I have tried Inspiration and did not like it. As I recall, it was not as powerful in formatting, nor as easy to manipulate as MORE.
