How to export from WebArranger to NoteTaker or??

I’m desperately trying to find a way to export my ancient WebArranger material into any outliner or even text that would keep something akin to the original outline structure. I’ve tried .tab and .txt, but all structure is lost. Does anyone know of a way to export or just convert WebArranger files into opml? I just LOVE WebArranger, but Apple is obviously killing OS 9 and that’s the only system on which WebArranger will run on my mac. Help, pleasssee! Thanks!
