Since writing yesterday, Iagain downloaded Smart Outline, this time the whole installation, and was able to open the program.

The use of forms looks interesting, and perhaps worthwhile. The library of provided HTML forms is pretty extensive, and some of the forms appealed to me. I only had a few minutes to scan the program so can’t say much more than that.

In terms of finding a contact for the developer, I found it under support—a natural enough place for it; I guess that in my haste yesterday I had overlooked the support page.
