ACTA Smart Quotes

I've been using ACTA 2.0 for years, and just upgraded to ACTA 3.1. Great! Thanks David.
One comment: David's implementation of Smart Quotes works every time. I find that when you insert a curly quote into PageMaker 6.52, you still need to delete the previous character and re-type in order to get the right-hand quote mark. Same prob. with Word. Never a problem with ACTA 2.0 or 3.1!
David should license his algorithm to MS and Adobe!

Actually, I did give my algorithm to Aldus, though I don't know whether they actually used it.
